From: Points South
NY State Thruway 87 to Exit 20 (Saugerties)-Left after tollbooth, go over overpass-Right onto 32 North, 5 miles to blinking light-bear left onto 32A to Palenville-bear Left onto 23A West. Follow 23A up mountain, through the Town of Tannersville. HUNTER INN is located 3 miles past Tannersville on the left side (south) of 23A. (1/2 mile east of entrance to Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl.

NY State Thruway 87 to Exit 21 (Catskill)-After tollbooth, turn left at stop sign. Continue for about 1/2 mile, to just under the overpass and turn left onto Route 23 East. Take Route 23 East to the next exit Route 9W South/Catskill. Continue on 9W South. At the end of the commercial area (you will have gone through several lights) Route 9W becomes 23A West. Continue on 23A West to Hunter. HUNTER INN is located on the left (south) side of 23A. (See above for detailed directions from 23a)

AREA AIRPORTS
Albany Airport- Estimated Time: 1½ Hours
Turn left out of the airport service road. Follow signs to I 87 South. You will be making a right turn onto I 87 South, just before the overpass. Stay on I 87 South following signs to the NY State Thruway ( Also I 87 ) you will be bearing off to the far right to exit onto the Thruway. Take I 87 South to Exit 21 (Catskill). After tollbooth turn left at the stop sign. Continue for about 1/2 mile, to just under the overpass and turn left onto Route 23 East. Take 23 East to the next exit Route 9W South/Catskill. Continue on 9W South. At the end of the commercial area (you will have gone through several lights) Route 9W becomes 23A West. Continue on 23A West to Hunter. HUNTER INN is located on the left hand (south) side of 23A approximately 26 miles from the Catskill Exit.
LaGuardia Airport- Estimated Time: 2½ Hours
Exit LaGuardia onto Grand Central Parkway East, towards the Whitestone Bridge. You will exit off to the far right onto the Whitestone Expressway (I 678). Stay on the Whitestone Expressway and go over the Whitestone Bridge . After the tollbooth stay in the 2nd lane from the right, following signs to the Cross Bronx Expressway. Take the Cross Bronx Expressway all the way to the Major Deegan Expressway North (towards Albany). This is I 87. Stay on I 87 (NY State Thruway) North to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Go left after tollbooth, over the overpass then right onto 32 North. Continue for 5 miles to blinking-light, bear left onto Route 32A to the Town of Palenville, again bear left onto Route 23A West. Follow 23A West to Hunter. HUNTER INN is located on the left (south) side of 23A.
