The Hunter Inn is an ideal site for your next
meeting, family reunion, wedding party or group celebration, no
matter the season.

Sales and Marketing Director at (800) 270-3992, for more information.
We can best serve you if you provide us with the following information:
- Number of rooms required
- Dates of arrival and departure
- Special needs within the group
- Meeting/function space needed
Group deposit and cancellation policies vary with the size of the
group, and the dates of the reservation. A security deposit may
also be required prior to arrival. Once your reservation is confirmed,
a group contract will be sent to you outlining all the details of
your stay.

The Inn offers a number of areas in which to hold
your function, depending on the size and special needs of your group.
Our group sales staff will do everything possible to ensure that
we meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Pre-function Rooms
These rooms—which are typically used for
coffee breaks, breakout space, pre-registration or for a private
meal—include:

- Lobby/Lounge (adjacent to
restaurant; 20’x 30’)

The daily meeting room charge is $200, which includes
tables and chairs. Charges for additional items—such as table
skirting, coffee service, AV equipment, secretarial services, faxing,
copying, printing—will be billed to your group.
